🌸1.Painting Processes. GBn's painting skill with [Transparent clear over tumbled raw]. 🌸2.The frame, fork and each parts of a bike apply to this skill. 🌸3.We could provide complete production collection history and customized side marks based on each bikes.
📌QC Dept.- IQC
The incoming raw materials need to undergo inspection and scrutiny by quality control personnel to ensure there are no issues such as uneven surfaces or rust on the product.
📌Painting Dept.- Cover
To prevent paint from covering the hole positions and ensure that surfaces other than the masked areas are properly colored, especially in cases requiring gradient design, multiple masking processes are performed using Removable adhesive.
📌Painting Dept.- Cleaning
The surface is cleaned with an air gun to prevent the accumulation of dust. Subsequently, it undergoes multiple layers of spray coating and baking, followed by polishing and buffing processes.
📌Painting Dept.- Repairs
After carefully removing Removable adhesive and masking materials, subsequent inspection and repair are necessary to address minor imperfections such as uneven edges in the painted coating.
📌Painting Dept.- Decal and Gold oil
Following that, we proceed with the repeated application of multiple layers of clear varnish, aiming to provide a protective and smooth surface to the paint's appearance. Subsequently, during the labeling process, each step is executed with great care and precision.
📌QC Dept.- FQC
Finally, the product undergoes pressure testing and visual inspection by quality assurance personnel. With meticulous painting processes and multiple manual techniques, the high-quality and premium-feel product comes to life.
📌Assembly Dept.- Spare parts Packing
Following the instructions on the picking list, we conduct the packaging process for small packages. Small packages often include items such as instruction manuals, reflectors, pedals, accessories, etc. We meticulously weigh and inspect them to ensure accuracy, implementing control measures. And then a unique serial number is assigned to each parts package for tracking purposes.
📌Assembly Dept.- Bikes Assembling
Assembly of the FRAME-"Front Triangle" and "Rear Triangle (seat stay, chain stay)", fork installation, steering system assembly, rear-shock assembly, transmission system assembly, brake system assembly, wheel set assembly, battery/motor assembly (electric bikes). Finally, a comprehensive wipe-down of the entire bike.
📌Production Collection History
Our company can provide a production history of the products collected during manufacturing. This includes information such as the frame QR code number, part serial numbers, production manufacturing date, net weight and gross weight after packaging, carton number, and more. The side label on the outer carton will display the some valuable information according to customer instructions and incorporate the GBn history QR code information for traceability and tracking purposes.
